Legislative Framework Development Committee was established in 2011. The aim of the Committee is to identify, analyze and prepare relevant proposals for legislative flaws in the field of business, as well as working with the government on legislative initiatives.

One of the objectives of the Committee is to inform Association member companies on planned legislative initiatives. Examination and elaboration of legislative initiatives is carried out with immediate engagement of companies operating in the relevant field.
 
In the process of examining legislative initiatives, the Committee actively collaborates with both the Business Association of Georgia, local and international companies and specialists.
